When I selected Power on - this local machine, appeared the alarm message is "Permission to perform this operation was denied"
I wil make converter local machine to vmwar. Please let me have the solution.

can you confirm that the logged on user has sufficient permissions, and that the Converter has been started in elevated mode (i.e. right click, and "Run as Administrator")?
