"An internal error has happened." while trying to add a host to nexus 1000v

Hi

I have installed "Cisco Virtual Switch Update Manager" on vCenter 5.5. Then I install an instance of Cisco Nexus 1000v.

But when I try to add a host to my nexus switch from webclient,I got "An internal error has happened."

I got that error from both Chrome and firefox.

I try to find the reason from log files but I don't find anything. (How can I find the appropriate log file?)
