problem with vcenter server 6.5

Hello

I'm new with vSphere ESXi.

After the installation of ESXi 6.5 and connection to it's IP,  I installed vCenter server.
When connect to vCenter server I have the following problem which appears in the photo. This problem happened 2 weeks ago, suddenly worked yesterday; today I shut down the laptop and when I turned it on the same problem occurred again. Please can you help me resolve it?

How many resources did you allocate vCenter Server (CPU and vMem)? Do a service-control --status and see what it reports.

When I install vCenter server , I'm choosing tiny resources (vCPU 2, VMem 10GB, vStorage 250GB).
