problem with replacing vCenter 4.1 certificate

I'm running vCenter 4.1 on Windows 2008R2.  I followed the KB on how to replace the vCenter certificate.  It went smoothly except for one item.  vCenter Web Access shows that the certificate has been replaced and is good to go, but when I use the vCenter client to access vCenter it prompts that the certificate is no good.  When I view the certificate it shows it still have the old one. Has anybody experienced this and what's the fix?

I think I've answered my own question.  It looks like it's an issue with Update Manager and that I need to replace the certificate for that.  After diabling the update manager plugin the issue goes away.
