os disk driver

I have 6.5 u1 vcenter and ESXi hosts. now  I want to install w10 64 bit but I can't see disk driver. What could be the cause of this problem? I encounter other infrastructures with this problem. vmtools , os iso file or esxi version wrong. What can be the main reason?

Do you have configured the paravirtual SCSI adapter upfront installation?

To use the paravirtual SCSI adapter during a new install download the latest VMware tools from VMware, or you can use the one bundled with your ESXi installation.

The corresponding ISO image files are located at /locker/packages/. During the installation process when the Windows installer asks you where you want to install (and you don't see any volumes), just click the Load driver link.

Make sure you mounted the "Windows.iso" you downloaded from VMware, as a second CD/DVD to your VM. Then browse the ISO, locate driver and click Next to load the driver. After that, a new unallocated space shows up and you can proceed with the installation.

Can you provide a screenshot of the VM configuration and that you can't see the disk driver?
