i found only one nic on esx and when i fail to add another one like this image any one can help me to add another nic
i found the solution
the problem that i added the ethernet with type (host or vmnet) .these both cases not appear in case of need added new virtual ethernet.
the solution only add the NAT type of ethernet.
thanks for ur effort
What type of nic have you added? Is it on the VMware HCL?
this nic already install with esx and i didnt use hcl
This only shows the active/detected NIC, but doesn't answer Linjo's question about what physical NICs you have in the host.

dear friend
i use my laptop to install vmware workstation and inside this workstation i install the vsphere and i used wireless lan to get the ip and this is the type of the network adapter
In order to see multiple NICs in the ESXi virtual machine, you need to add Network Adapters to the VM's virtual hardware. The ESXi VM will then see these adapters as wired vmnics.
André
i added three cards but i can see only one
Please attach the ESXi VM's configuration (.vmx) file to a reply post, or check whether ethernetX.virtualDev = "e1000" exists for all three network adapters.
André
no it is only for ethernet 0 pls how i can change the type of other ethernet

Adding the following two lines to the .vmx file should work. Please make sure you do this with either VMware Workstation, or the VM's tab closed, so that the file is re-read after you made the modification.
ethernet1.virtualDev = "e1000"
ethernet2.virtualDev = "e1000"
André
i added these two lines but nothing change
Can you confirm that you added the lines with VMware Workstation closed?
Please attach (don't paste) the VM's latest vmware.log file to see whether it contains any hints on what might be wrong. To attach a file, click the "Use advanced editor" link in the reply editor box.
