When moving in vCenter7.03 the storage of a VM to a other datastore in the same datacenter we get a error: A specified parameter was not correct: maxMksConnections. This wil appear when 100% is done. Also when we clone the VM we get the same error.
To resolve this issue, check for storage issues such as Fibre Channel pathing errors or IO aborts. Ensure the datastore is properly shared among the ESXi hosts
