LACP not selected vCenter ( not configuration) but While the chosen IP Load Balancing Hash on vCenter VMs are working. while the chosen Route based on orginating virtual port vms not working ( not ping )

This is normally ? there are 2 switch ( cisco)  this is how a infrastructure ?

Route based on IP Hash load balancing requires that the physical switch ports be combined into an EtherChannel (sometimes called an aggregation bond, port-channel, or trunk). This ensures that the same hashing algorithm is used for traffic returning in the opposite direction.
