i want to migrate vcenter server 6.0 to vcsa 6.0

Hi ,

i want to migrate windows vcenter server 6.0 to vcsa 6.0 , its failed because its not supported yet to migrate vcenter 6.0 to vcsa 6.0 . is that true?

if i migrate to vcsa 6.5 , then i can use existing licence in appliance or not?

Thanks

The vSphere 6.5 product does not need new license keys. The existing 6.0 licenses will work and enable all the features of the software once upgraded. The ESXi 6.5 features are automatically enabled after you upgrade from ESXi 6.0.

i recently went from v6 server to v6.5 appliance. i would recommend why you are sitll on server to perform any maintenance tasks before the migration to the appliance. my db shrank from 60gb to less than 10gb and helped massively before migrating.
