baber You need to read a little more carefully and also do your own research and reading. Joerg has already given you good guidance on how to go about doing this. You may need to read it two or three times. As instructed, you need to look at the block size your workloads are issuing by using vscsiStats. You may also read this article for further information. Please use Google as well.

dear friend

thanks

As i was read many articls about that this was my output Re: how can calculate vflash for each VM

and understood we need part2 for calculate but there is not any clear answers for follow questions :

1- what does mean, max , mean , count in each part ?

2- what does mean Frequency,Histogram Bucket Limit ?

3- why is a different huge between amount of min , max in part 1 and part 2 ?

4- which part is a main part for get decision ?

5- according this output what is my cache size and reservation ?

in that article according to vscsiStats output we have just these parameters:

min : 512

max : 1052672

mean : 52740

count : 33823

but in the formula

baber I'm sorry, but we cannot spoon feed you simple concepts that involve you reading and comprehending. You have been given all the necessary information to help yourself including being pointed at some helpful articles. If you don't understand specific terms that involve mathematic operations, you need to use search and educate yourself. It's clear that English is not your primary language and so you may need to work 1-on-1 with someone who does and who can explain everything in person, but that's outside the scope of this forum.

About the

min : 512 and max : 1052672

The vscsistats tracks different IO sizes from 512 up to 512KB or 1 and 2MB.
