hard disk issues

Hi,

  Today after we move our SAN system from direct server to SAN connection to ., Server to switch and than switch to SAN connection we face  strange issue. One of the hard disk which used to be mapped raw LUN changed to virtual disk . Any one know how can i correct this issue.Please refer to attached image for detail

Please note this virtual server is a part of cluster server.

HI,

Regarding above mentioned issue is it possible i can delete problematic hard  disk and careate new hard disk with same configuration , would it work.  AS i mnetioned before that virtual server  is a part of clustered server.
