i will install 5.5 vcenter . i have 5 host and 120 vm. i want to install vcenter sql on different server . how i can installa vcneter database server on different server

This is more related to MS SQL than to VMware vCenter, basically from vCenter side you will need to create a DSN and point to the remote MS SQL server.

Create an ODBC 64bit connection on the vcentre server and point it towards the database on the sql server. At the end of the vcentre install just choose the ODBC connection you created previously.
