I need some help understanding this log. I have several esxi host I'm trying to upgrade from 6.0 to 6.7. When the host reboots to install the upgrade I get this error. It's the same error on all of the hosts that fail.

I did manage to upgrade six hosts without any problems.

I'm using VCSA to upgrade all of these host.

believe this is trying to access the USB Flash Drive it's running off of. I don't know why it can't because if I reboot the host, it boots up just fine.

It's when the upgrade reboots the host, the attempts to begin the install, is when it fails with the error message in the original post.

Any ideas?
