delete data from vm

I have vCenter 6.5 u2 and ESXi 6.5 u2  with nfs datastore.  VMs have thin disk and also storage luns are thin ( nfs ). now i will delete some files in VMs about 2 TB. After deleting 2 TB files in VMs, does storage space automatically reclaim disk space? I will not delete vmdk. just I will delete 2 TB files ( work - excel ) in VM.

No, not on NFS. You'd need to use something like sdelete to wipe the deleted areas with zeros and then svMotion to another datastore to thin out the disk.
