cannot login with administrator@vsphere.local

We are having major issues with VC SSO and cannot login to vcenter with the administrator@vsphere.local account. Any help please?

Thanks for your replies and help.  This issue has been resolved.  It was due to port 80 locked by another (unknown) process and the rhttpproxy service could not communicate

We task killed the PID and restarted.  All good, both vcenter and VC SSO operational.

vcenter 6

We use vc sso on a separate server and believe this has become corrupt.  I wanted to bypass sso but cannot login with the admin account

remote vcenter server error 503

if your sso is down, i do not know how that will work with sso accounts?

Even reset password should not work.. Whats the current state of the SSO
