can i use Vcenter 4.1 server to ESXi 5.1

Hello,

Can i use the older version of Vcenter server i.e 4.1 to the Esxi 5.1 ?

Unfortunately not.

VC can manage down level hosts, but newer versions of ESX can not be managed by older instances of VC.

You can install the client locally and juts manage an individual host though.

One day I will virtualise myself . . .
