  • 1.  baseline propagation from vCenter

    VCSA 6.7 with mixed ESXi 6.7 and 6.5

    Hi,

    It seems to me when I attach a baseline at the vCenter level, Looks like it propagates to datacenters below the vCenter but not cluster/hosts in the datacenters. Is it by design?

    What kind of baseline are you talking about? Patch? Upgrade?

    If you attach a baseline at the vCenter level it should propagate to all hosts. Otherwise it is kinda useless.

    The baseline contains host patches. Agreed it's kind of useless if it does not propagate. i was wondering if anybody else sees the same thing (ie by design) or something is screwed up in my environment. Thanks,

    Is it possible to send some screenshots? There is no update manager tab for a host?
