I try to boot Windows Server 2003 Standart.iso but without success.

I have all VM files for this machine. Аlso I have 4 full backups for of the entire virtual machine with all the necessary files, but with all backups after restore, the error is the same: "error loading operating system".

Here is the list of all files in VM_Datacenter1:

Which files can I remove or modify to start the OS and machine start running.

It is very important to be restored because it is a machine with a very old version of the operating system, but it is very important.

Please help.

Thank you!

What change brought this on? Was it some form of P2V or V2V conversion?

What does the disk layout look like in the VM settings? Specifically the type of disk, IDE, SCSI, etc.

There are no tools it appears on the VM currently, some disk types require the correct driver for 2003 to see them.
