advanced vCenter Server Settings on 5.1

It seems we are unable to remove an erronious entry that was added from the vSphere thick client and clicking 'edit' on the 'Advanced Settings" area of the vCenter manage area in the Web Client results in a blank window.  Is there a proper way to delete keys from vCenter 'configure advanced server settings'?

thanks.

Is the setting visible in the vpxd.cfg file (located in C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter)?  It's an xml formatted file.  If it's there, remove the entry that is related to the setting.  I think you have to restart vCenter Server service for the change to take effect.

As always, make a backup of the existing file, test, due dililgence, etc, etc, etc
