administrator@vsphere.local expiring in x days

Hello Cool People,

We just upgraded our vcenter server  from 5.5u2 to version 6.0u1 and I noticed that when I login to the web client as administrator@vsphere.local, its giving me a warning that my password is expiring in x number of days? How should I go through on changing the password for this account? What are the impact if there is any of having this account password changed? Any special consideration before changing the password? I hope someone can shed some light on this.

Hi

Step by step:

You do not need to change the password.

Edit the vCenter Single Sign-On Password Policy
Change the maximum lifetime fomr 90 days to 0 days.
