We are running ESXi 5.1. Users are connecting to VMs on ThinPCs, We have a handful of users reporting that they get the following error:

I have monitored the vm the user is connected to and they are not coming close to the memory limit. CPU usage is low. When the user click Close Program the error goes away, but tends to come back at random intervals. Other users in the same pool are working fine.

Any ideas?

Problem appears to have resolved after a recompose.

Looks like the problem is back. A couple of months ago we enabled 3d rendering and increased the VRAM to 128MB on machines in the pool. Could this have a bearing on the issue? The users say this happens mainly in the mornings. Odd thing is they don't have much running in the mornings and later in the day (when you think memory usage would be higher) there are no errors. The machines in the pool have 2GB RAM so I'm curious if 128MB would have really made a difference.
