When i connect to vCenter Server, i found this issue in a virtual machine:

"You need to consolidate the disks of the virtual machine."

How can i do to resolve this issue?

Just right click on the VM and select "snapshot" and then select "consolidate"

Sometimes after the backup job, the backup solutions fails to delete the snapshot created during the backup process, you can check the following VMware KB article on how to consolidate snapshots, and if it still fails to consolidate, let us know. Link to VMware KB article: VMware Knowledge Base

I don't know how, but, fortunately, the problem is solved doing this procedure, when, before, I did it, and I was not able to solve it.
