Win 2008 standard cpu 100% after converted

Hi ,...

I have advised my customer to convert Web Server P2V to work on VMware vsan 5.5 environment I newly implemented for his company..

Now the customer is reporting that, this VM is suffering CPU 100% load which made his system to get slower remarkably.

I would appreciate your support guys as we are suffering this and he gets annoyed by other departments.

Not 100% sure if this was caused by the P2V, but first let us know which process is eating the CPU.

Thanks for your response ...

the issue is that, inside the vm in Task manager it shows normal so no process can be retrieved..

but even with PRTG that works through "snmp" it shows issue with this particular vm..
