Where to view active user sessions in vCenter 6.5 webclient?

I know this sounds kind of simple, but I can not locate in vCenter 6.5 where you can view the active user sessions in order to remove them or send a message of the day?  Where in the client is this located?

From the WebClient;

Highlight vCenter > Monitor tab > Sessions subtab
