Where are the vCenter local accounts and how do I modify them?

I am troubleshooting a Veeam issue and a user account in vCenter is having an issue logging in. The account name is 'svc-veeam@vsphere.local. I can't seem to find out where this account originates from so I can set the password. I logged into the VCSA via ssh and did the 'localaccounts.user.list' command but see very little there in the way of accounts. Especially not the Veeam account.

Where do I find the local users? Ty.

You can find users & groups from the vCenter Server UI by selecting "Administration" from the menu. Please note that you may need to login as administrator@vsphere.local.
