I update my vCenter 5.5U2 to 6.0.0. Update was successful, everything work fine.
My ESXi are in 192.168.100.0/24, vCenter is 192.168.100.10 and the admin workstations are on the same network.
Now I like to have the admin workstations on a new ip range, which has no communication to the 192.168.100.0/24 network.
For that, I add a secondary NIC to the vCenter and add the ip address 192.168.200.10/24, no gateway. I also change one admin station to the same network.
If I now start my browser and go to the newly created ip (192.168.200.10), I see the welcome page.
But if I click on the "log on to vSphere Web Client", I only receive a "page not found". the same if I write the URL manual.
In the network trace i see, that the first request go to the 192.168.100.10 instead 192.168.200.10.
Which changes are necessary to bind the second ip also the webclient?
