Hello,
I am wondering if the warning on the attachment is to worry about.
Also, not sure if the following link referes to this warning
Thanks for ur help
Well, the correct approach would probably be to open a case with HP and ask them when they will fix this issue. If they can't give you an answer, then it might be option to downgrade the two mentioned vibs.

A couple of users reported an issue with HP's latetest ESXi Oflline Bundle (v1.4). Please take a look at e.g. http://h30499.www3.hp.com/t5/ProLiant-Servers-ML-DL-SL/ESXi-5-0-Hardware-Status-shown-as-Warning-but... whether this is the same issue you experience.

What do you think, is the right approach to get rid of that warning ?

And the two mentioned VIBS are hp-ams-esx-500.9.2.0-11.434156.vib AND hp-smx-provider-500.03.01.10.2-434156.vib ?
According to Re: HP DL 360G5 Firmware warning. these are the ones.

Just an FYI, I got the following from HP.
Issue : P220i Controller failure alert in VMware
Action Plan:
1. Kindly remove the below VIBs from the local ESXi host by typing esxcli software vib remove -n hp-smx-provider for each vib listed below:
hp-smx-provider
char-hpilo
char-hpcru
hp-ams
2. Reboot the host after removing the VIBs and download the older version of ESXi 5 offline bundle and the version is 1.3-12 (4 Sep 2012)

3. Reboot the ESXi HOST once again after installation of the offline bundle and check the status in the vCenter
