I am going to install a Vsphere in a only one host, a recommendation for enhanced performance is "Performance is better when you do not place your virtual machines on the disk containing the ESXi boot image"
I will lost a lot of disk space installing only the ESXI boot image in a separate disk,
Can I placed the vcenter in the same disk of ESXi?.
It's a recommendation, but for a small environment you will most likely not even notice any performance issues.
Hint: Although the "Tiny" deployment model for the vCenter Appliance may fit, I'd suggest that you use "Small", which results in a much better vCSA performance due to the increased memory.
