Vsan, Vmotion and Vm network on a shared Network interface

Hello Vmware Folks

I am setting up a three nodes cluster with Hybrid Vsan and using two TOR switches for redundancy, each node has two 10 GBE NICs, each one going up to different TOR SW.  I wonder to know if it's acceptable from the performance perspective to share single 10GBE  NIC for VSAN, Management, and VM net. I am thinking also about using links aggregation across both TOR switches to gain in bandwidth.

Your feedback is highly appreciated

Cheers

That's basically possible, with Network /I/O in place, see e.g. "Allocating Bandwidth for vSAN by Using Network I/O Control" at Designing the vSAN Network

Do you have any 1GbE interfaces you could use?

Thanks for your answer, we do not have available 1gb  ports available for the moment.

Ok, I would use the distributed switch and segment the bandwidth as a.p. has suggested.
