We are trying to limit unused features from being installed on VMs. When I use the New VM from Template option, I typically check the option to customize the VM which will automatically install VMware Tools. However, it seem this does a full install, and we do not want AppDefense installed. I've seen ways to exclude this during manual and silent installs, but not during the first run automatic install. How can I go about disabling this?
