Hello Experts!

I have to "Configure Mail Sender Settings" in vcenter, but just wondering, do I need to order an email acocunt from Exchange team? Or whatever account I enter during the Configure Mail Sender Settings should work. Since I have SMTP server detail with me.

No just pick an email adress and enter the FQDN of your mail server.

Hi

As you already stated, you have SMTP server details.

Just you have to update IP Address of SMTP gateway for sending email messages and add email address of the sender for example,

notifications@example.com it should be work.
