not have that VM Backup ? if not, little you can do .

Did you delete only the vm.vmdk file OR vm-flat.vmdk file? I you deleted only the vm.vmdk file then it can be recreated but if you have deleted the flat.vmdk then it can be restored only from backup.

Yes, i had deleted VMDk file

     So how to revert the VMDK from flat.VMDK file..

Please help me..

If so, then you can add a new virtual hard disk to your VM and during the wizard, you choose "use an existing virtual disk" and select your-flat.vmdk

Yes.. but I didn't see the flat.vmdk disk in data store..

       Could you please provide steps

You wont see flat.vmdk while adding existing disk. You have to first create vm.vmdk and then use the steps to add existing disk.

To create vmdk just check in vmware kb or google creating vmdk. I am not at system hence cannot share the link.

The below link to recreate the missing VMDK file and associate with Flat.vmdk.

Requirement:

* Flat.vmdk size

* Virtualscsi controller type
