This is very common problem. Have restart the VM after all installations? First of all restart all the virtual machine. Then wait till it boot completely. Don't reduce the RAM as it is very resource hungry software. Dont log in the moment Virtual Machine restart. It takes some times to initialize Vcenter server. After few minutes try to log in hope your problem will be solved.
