Vcenter update default repository URL

The Vcenter update default repository URL doesn't seem to be setting itself correctly on 6.7.0.11000 and 6.7.0.12000

If I toggle from Use custom repository to Use default repositor, it'll set the url to

https://vapp-updates.vmware.com/vai-catalog/valm/vmw/8d167796-34d5-4899-be0a-6daade4005a3/6.7.0.1100...

or

https://vapp-updates.vmware.com/vai-catalog/valm/vmw/8d167796-34d5-4899-be0a-6daade4005a3/6.7.0.1200...

but then it won't find any updates until I use a custom repository URL and enter in

https://vapp-updates.vmware.com/vai-catalog/valm/vmw/8d167796-34d5-4899-be0a-6daade4005a3/6.7.0.1300...

Any idea why it's not defaulting to the latest?

Hi kurtd

By default the current repository for URL-based patching is the default VMware repository URL.

So you need to set the right URL to the repository. please verify patch settings by run command "update.get" you can see information.

Please verify and check your Update version and default versions....!!!!

In order to update the URL you need to follow the procedure in this document Configure URL-Based Patching
