Vcenter launch not working

I am logging into vcenter from vcenter static ip. When I click on the Launch option, it gives a dns-domain error and I cannot switch to the vcenter interface. We can't access it in general, not just on this computer.

maybe problem with dns. Try to add this dns-domain to hosts file with appriopriate ip address.

It can be a DNS issue / Certificate issue / 

Did you use a hostname or only a IP during the deployment?

can you check if the entries is correctly set on your DNS (including reverse forest) ?

ping fqdn should work and nslookup also.

is the vami console is working using the IP:5480?

1) Validate your DNS configuration. (Mainly PTR record)

2) Do a ping

3) try nslookup

what about SSH service? are you able to check if all services are up and running?
