Vcenter installation error

Hello Team,

I am getting the attached error while installing V center 8.0 on ESXi 8.0 . 

Server : Lenovo SR650

Logical processors

Processor type
Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6130 CPU @ 2.10GHz
Sockets

Cores per socket

Hyperthreading
Yes, enabled
Memory

I check the screen shot you shared could you please explain me more about this.

in with step your getting the error.

hi,

 

Esxi 8 installation is successful. while installing vcenter 8.0 this error pops up. tried downloading fresh image and installed... still same error pops up

Stage 1 is successfull.. the error is at stage 2 installation of vcenter

@vkum2001,

As Stage 1 was successful, try to connect over SSH to the freshly deployed vCenter and go to /var/log/firstboot

Inside there you will have some logs files, the one is needed is the following one: firstbootStatus.json

It will show exactly where did it fail, you can download it and attach it here.

@vkum2001,

Are those the only contents you have on the log? Attach the log snippet instead of a PNG so I can scroll through it,

Hi,

 

I am using Lenovo SR650 server. and ESXI 8.0 installation.

Vcenter 8.0 installation. Stage 1 completed successfully. While on Stage 2 i am getting this error. I tried on VMware workstation too still same error.

I got internal error too while installing Vcenter 8.0 ..used the below video to fix the issue.... still no luck

@vkum2001,

Attach the log snippet, it could have more information that the PNG you uploaded and maybe the reason of the error is above what I can see.
