Vcenter Storage Data collection Failed

Hi,

I got this alert "vCenter Storage Data Collection Failed " in vROPs but when i check in VC "vCenter Service Status" All are Green there are no errors at all. Please help me what to do next to clear this alert.

Dear all,

unfortunately I have the same problem in my vCenter.

I tried everything with registrations, user credentials, restarts, checks and configuration changes but non of this helped.

The error persists and it happens though data collection works just fine - no problem.

As you can see in the above Dashboard excerpt (vROps Version 6.4.0.4635874, Build 4635874) the error message "Ensure that vCenter Management Webservice is started and that Storage Management Service is functioning." still shows up.

Does anyone have an idea where this comes from and how I could check that?
