Vcenter Services won't start

I have multiple services that will not start.

vmware-eam (VMware ESX Agent Manager) vmware-invsvc (VMware Inventory Service) vmware-mbcs (VMware Message Bus Configuration Service) vmware-vpx-workflow (VMware vCenter Workflow Manager)

I have attached the output errors.

PS, I am very new to Vmware and Linux.

inventory service failed to start leading to the problem..

need to check the logs under /var/log/vmware/invsvc

Please let us know the version on the VCSA and check if the space is full..

Thanks,

MS

So, I checked the logs and from what I could see there is a credential issue connecting to ldap services.

I tried the procedure in this article:

VMware Knowledge Base

but I got this error:

VmDirForceResetPassword failed (9106)

so I tried running it in: pi shell and got the same error.

What would be the harm in creating a whole new VCSA6.0 or even go ahead to 6.5? Or am I looking at this all wrong?

This was a great help although I still had to contact Vmware support to run the procedures in the article that I linked even though I tried it already and gave me the error that I listed below the article.

Thanks.
