Vcenter Server Upgrade Error

Dear All,

I tried to upgrade vcenter server from 6.0.0 to 6.5a on windows 2008.

However, during upgrading, an error occured, "An Error occurred while starting service eam, unable to start ESX agent manager".

I checked my services, but no such service in my servers.

How do I troubleshooting and solve it?

You will install a new server and throw your 6.0 files there and try to update it to 6.5.
