Vcenter Installation

Hello

I am tryig to install for a first time the vcenter.

First i cretad a Virtual Machine that will be my Domain conrtoller this i will refer as DC,Afterwards i creted a VM called vCenter1 an i installed on it sql with a proper db settings for rsa and vcenter ,now when i try to install vcenter5.1 simple instalation option

i have a warrning message saying (see atached pic)ssoerror.PNG

I dont really understand how can i login as active direcory user if when i tried to install on the DC(domain controller machine it gave me an error that i can't do it)

Pls help

Didn't you join the vCenter1 VM to the Active Directory domain? vCenter Server cannot be installed on a DC (as you already found out), but installing it on a domain member server - logged in as a domain admin - should work without issues.

Try login in vCenter1 VM using domain credentials, like username@mydomain.com or mydomain\username.

Thx,now it works,i did login as ative domian user ,i have another question during the simple installation i had to set some parametars that i did not get thier meanning can u help
