Vcenter Imgrate Database

Dear All,

I have a vcenter server 6.0.0 and created a new vcenter 6.5, I want to migrate database from 6.0.0 to 6.5.

How could I do it?

My database is postgres.

Hi,

can you please tell us the vCenter types? vCenter on windows or VCSA?

6.0      -     windows / VCSA?

6.5     -     windows / VCSA?

ok, database migration from 6.0 windows vCenter to 6.5 windows is not supported. The tables and schema are changed in 6.5, those changes are made by running PLSQL scripts by vCenter 6.5 installer.

But you can migrate windows vCenter to 6.5 VCSA. Please find the details in following articles.
