Vcenter Help

Hello Everyone,

First of all, I'm new to VMware so if I'm posting this on the wrong forum I apologize. I have 3 nodes running on a cluster in vcenter, however, I find that I have to migrate some VMS around because some of our nodes are getting high alerts for CPU, storage, and memory. So my question is if I was to suspend VM's that are not being used by an employee will that free up some of the hardware utilization? for the meantime until I can buy a new node. I try turning off VM in vsphere client but it turns back on, so not sure if that is a setting that engineer put together.

Are you using horizon and these are desktops, or are these just servers. Generally servers if you shut them off they stay off, but Horizon will turn desktops back on depending on the settings.
