VMware vCenter Server is installed on the virtual machine and DRS is disabled on the cluster.

i have the newest version of vsphere 7.02 and vcenter 7.02.
i have read, that we can ignore this message, but we can not do a remediate and updates!
I have no cluster installed and don't know what i must do! I had read the documentation for this, but no success!
