Watch out when upgrading to 5.5U3b and If U also have Vshield driver enabled in VMware Tools
The VM become slow and somtime hangs
Have a case with VMWare on this and they say that people have reported performance issue with this combination
Hopfuly a patch/hotfix is coming soon
If U revert to the old tools there is now problem
