We have migrated to the new VUM4.3, but since then there is no way to create a report of what resources specific customers have used in a given timeframe. Only a total which is not helping anyone at all.
Now I'm running two appliances, 3.6 for the reporting internally and 4.3, but the totals are completely off, probably because of the flex license change. So this is not a long term solution.+
How are people dealing with this loss in functionality? And is this coming back at all?
