VMware vCenter 6.5 Appliance configuration failure - pschealth service

Hello, I am looking to do stage 2 of the vCenter appliance 6.5.0d install and config. I can get the appliance to install but for the stage 2 configuration it fails with the following error:

Error

An error occurred while starting service 'pschealth'

Resolution

This is an unrecoverable error, please retry install. If you run into this error again, please collect a support bundle and open a support request.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

AtlasJordan , i believe downloading the new ISO and upgrading should help. seen a couple of cases where this helped

I downloaded the ISO about two weeks ago, is there something newer than that now?

Or does anyone have a solution for this problem?

Already tried a couple of things, like adding this to the hosts file

echo "::1 localhost.localdom localhost" >> /etc/hosts

Tried different iso's inclusive the latest 6.5 OU1
