VMware Web Client 5.5 Unable access VDP 5.5

Hi All, 

i can access VDP 5.5 from Vcenter 5.5 through VMware Web Client 5.5 before, but today cannot access VDP and see the Web Client is hang. Any log can check? Can anyone help?

Hello vmfans88,

You can check the logs for web-client at the following locations:

For vSphere 5.0, all the logs for the vSphere Web Client service are located at:

• Windows: C:\Program Files\VMware\Infrastructure\vSphere Web Client\DMServer\serviceability\

• Linux: /usr/lib/vmware-vsphere-client/server/serviceability/

For vSphere 5.1, all the logs for the vSphere Web Client service are located at:

• Windows: C:\ProgramData\VMware\vSphere Web Client\serviceability\
• Linux: /var/log/vmware/vsphere-client/serviceability/

For vSphere 5.5, all the logs for the vSphere Web Client service are located at:

• Windows: C:\ProgramData\VMware\vSphere Web Client\serviceability\
• Linux: /var/log/vmware/vsphere-client/
•

Though the logs would tell you in details the exact nature of the problems, in the meantime did you try to restart the webclient service? Try doing that it may solve your problem.

what your IE version,my problem is that i can access VDP by web client after install firefox,but i can't open console.
