Hello,

one possible fix to you problem would be stop "C:\Program Files (x86)\QLogic Corporation\QConvergeConsole\tomcat-x64\apache-tomcat-6.0.35\bin\tomcat6.exe" before starting vcenter.

Best regards,

Pablo

Based on the below log, there is another process listening on port 8009:

30-Dec-2014 08:00:44.010 SEVERE [WrapperSimpleAppMain] org.apache.coyote.AbstractProtocol.init Failed to initialize end point associated with ProtocolHandler ["ajp-bio-8009"]

java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind <null>:8009

Can you confirm which process is running on 8009 using the command netstat -ano | findstr 8009

Which version of vCenter you're using ? This Tomcat6.exe process is from vCenter or another application installed on same server ? Can you confirm the path where this process resides using the Task Manager and selecting to show the Image Path Name and/or Command Line columns ?
