    Hello guys,

    quick question, is there any way that especially on a test recovery plan you can configure SRM to change the MAC address of the VMs or from some specific Virtual Machine?

    Hi,

    Just to share an idea. I am not sure. how about this step? Set Mac address manually. Setting a static MAC address for a virtual NIC (219) | VMware KB ?

    1. set recovery plan to do not power on VM

    2. execute recovery test

    3. edit .vmx to change mac address on specific VM

    Hello Greg,

    Yes I came as well with this idea but I was looking if SRM has something built-in but I couldn't find anything so in the end yes most probably I will go with the same idea that you shared.
