All stuff and license is included there will be transferred during migration with the VCSA setup wizard when selecting the vCenter Windows -> vCenter (VCSA) option.

  1. There is no different license key for Windows or VCSA
  2. Within a major version there is no license key change. You need a new license Key when you migrate from vCenter 6.x to 7.0 As always when migrating something in VMware land the installation goes back into 60 day evaluation mode when performing such a major release upgrade
  3. ... i have forget somehing...

When you mean a simple new installation of a VCSA instead of true migration than the answer is "simple copy and paste" and than you have to shutdown and uninstall the old vCenter.
